Jeff Seid

Jeff Seid was born on 24 June 1994 in Renton, Washington. His age is 27. His height is 6 ft which means 183 kg and his weight is 205 – 215 lbs which mean about 90 kg. He had an overwhelming passion for lifting. So he started lifting when he was 11. His parents realized that and gave him a training book when his 12th birthday. He admits that he actually started bodybuilding to impress girls in school. He was hooked into bodybuilding life in time. Now, we can easily say that he has devoted his life to being great physique possible. In his last year at high school, he got so many football scholarships from numerous colleges. His dreams were shattered when an injured tore his anterior cruciate ligament during one of his football games. He got disappointed and things even went worse. He lost his scholarship to keep on going to college. He got surgery but he had no longer confidence to get back his college. After that, he joined a bodybuilding competition. He set his sights on using bodybuilding to make a comeback and regain confidence. He continued training consistently without failing ever despite all the drawbacks. Right now, Jeff Seid is one of the best bodybuilders in the world also he is the youngest IFBB Pro throughout history.
