Türkiye’nin İhracat Hedefleri - Tanitim - 09-19-2020 06:52 AM Türkiye’nin İhracat Hedefleri Türkiye’nin ihracat hedefleri doğrultusunda, yeni plan hedefleri kadar politika ve vizyonlarıda önem taşımaktadır. Türkiye’nin 2023 yılı ihracat hedefi, dolar cinsinde bir fiyat aralığında belirlenmiştir. 2018-2023 yılları arasındaki 5 yılda ihracatın değer olarak toplam %35 ve yıllık ortalamasının %6,2 artması beklenmektedir.  İhracatın amacı, daha önceki yıllara oranla daha temkinli ve emin adımlar ile hedeflerin konulmasıdır. Hedefe daha temkinli yaklaşılmasının nedeni ise planın ilk bölümünde yer alan, dünya ticareti ve dünya ekonomisine olan beklentilerdir.  Dünya ticareti ve ekonomisindeki yavaşlamanın bazı olaylara sebebiyet vereceği tespit edilmiştir. Şöyle ki; bu durumun öncelikle korumacılık eğilimini ve küresel ticareti olumsuz yönde etkileyebilecek risklerin tespit edildiği anlaşılmıştır.   Türkiye’nin ihracat hedefleri planında yer alan gelişmeler, beraberinde pazar hedeflerinin de olabileceğini gündeme getirmiştir. Şöyle ki; bu plan döneminde, Avrupa Birliği ile Gümrük Birliği güncellenmesine yönelik çalışmaların sürdürülecek olması pazar hedefleri dahilindedir. Bunun yanı sıra yeni yapılacak olan serbest ticaret anlaşmalarının müzakere edilecek olması, yürürlükte olan anlaşmaların ise kapsam dahilinde genişletilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bir diğer hedef ise Afrika açılımlarıdır. Afrika ülkeleri ve Ortadoğu ülkeleriyle ilgili olan ekonomik, diplomatik ve kültürel ilişkilerin katlanarak güçlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Böylelikle gelişen ilişkiler doğrultusunda, dış ticaret hacminin artırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Türkiye’nin E-İhracat Hedefleri E-ihracat (sınır ötesi e ticaret), bir ülkeden başka bir ülkeye olan yatırımlardır. Dünya genelindeki e- ticaret hacmi giderek artış göstermektedir. Günümüzde ise pazar hacmindeki bu artış, sadece 2 yıl içerisinde %50 ‘ye yakın bir artış gösterecektir.   2023 yılında Türkiye’de planlanan e-ihracat hedeflerine, azımsanamayacak ölçüde bir bütçe ayrılmıştır. Çünkü Türkiye’de yapılacak olan e-ihracatın dijital dönüşümlere zemin hazırlayacağı bilinmektedir. E- ihracat hedefleri ile amaçlanmak istenen, ekonomiye döviz girdisi sağlayarak ekonomiye başlı başına bir katkı sağlamasıdır. Böylelikle Türkiye’nin E-ihracat hedefleri ile işletmelerin, tıkanan pazarları gelişecek, işletmelerin e- ticaret üzerinden iç pazarlardan dış pazarlara açılma olasılığı artacaktır.   İhracat ile
